This is one of those cheap colors that actually does pretty great!

TGR #13 is a frosty sky blue color that you don't need many layers to cover and it dries pretty fast.

The only downside with this one os that it almost starts to chip immediately after it dired if you don't use a basecoat with it.

 

This one is pretty old (3 years maybe?) So I'm not sure if they still have this particular shade anymore.

But it was around $2 and it's a pretty decent color for the price.
